Our team formed rather quick. We had read our expertise in a separate wiki that we manage. Therefore we decided what roles to take upon that previous knowledge. At the beginning it was not clear about the challenges we where going to face as far as shooting footage for example. That possed a little concern since we wanted to create a fairly congruent video. We rely on a collaborative wiki where we could update info constantly as scenes, music, script. There was a lot of enthusiasm from everyone of us but there was a time when timing was not perfect and goals were delayed a little. We learn to adjust and we found that some of us did shooting and others did scripting and ideas. We all tried to provide footage but not all the footage was included in the final cut or even did not make it to the edition board. Most of use used email, chat and celphone to communicate. As far as the web delivery format we all tried to go for what suit us best.
